Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential personal care and support services to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Monitor and report changes in client health status
- Assist with medication reminders
- Support mobility and exercise routines as directed
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Valid CNA certification in New Hampshire
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in home care or similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
