Home Health Aide (HHA)

NoorHomeCare is looking for a caring and reliable Home Health Aide to provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals who need support to remain independent in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, toileting, and hygiene
• Assist with meal planning and preparation
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Provide transportation to medical appointments and errands
• Offer companionship and engage clients in activities
• Document care provided and report concerns to supervisor

Required Qualifications:

• Home Health Aide certification or CNA license
• High school diploma or GED
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Previous experience in home care or healthcare setting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and respectful approach to care
